A Celebration of Service: Honoring Pennsylvania Veterans (Scroll below these classic photos for a 2009 update) The 28th Infantry Division has been honoring its service members at their National Shrine for over 70 years. Each spring, on the third Sunday in May, Guardsmen and women from the Division gather together to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice .
