Donations to the Military Museum are handled through the Friends of the Pa. Military Museum.  The Friends of the Pennsylvania Military Museum is a not-for-profit membership organization established in partnership with the Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission to:

• Promote interest in the military museum
• Assist with projects in the museum and on the grounds
• Provide and facilitate educational programming
• Establish fundraising activities in order to accomplish the above-stated purposes
