Though the topic and title are yet to be determined, the presenter will be Dr. Brian Luskey, Professor of History, West Virginia University. The Civil War Era Center at Pennsylvania State University is sponsoring this lecture in conjunction with the Central PA Civil War Round Table. Lecture will take place in the Museum’s theater and is free and open to the public.
