Join Museum Administrator, Tyler O. Gum, for a lecture about a personal story of service in the Battle of Iwo Jima through the perspective of a Centre County native. Lecture will utilize personal images from the battlefield, along with various artifacts.
The Battle of Iwo Jima, a fierce battle between the USMC and the Imperial Japanese Army was the bloodiest of the Pacific Campaign during WWII.
Lecture will take place in the Museum’s theater and is free and open to the public. Donations appreciated.
